Summary

Frischer Wind is a 100% Arabica blend developed by apprentices Carla, Finn and Yanni at Speicherstadt Kaffeerösterei. This light-roast coffee presents a balanced flavour profile with main notes of maple syrup and nut butter, complemented by secondary notes of cereal and raisin, and a finish of green apple and whole grain biscuit. It features mild acidity (2/4), medium intensity (3/4), and a full-bodied mouthfeel. Recommended brewing methods include hand filter, French press, and Moccamaster. For every kilogram sold, 1 Euro is donated to the social project Laib und Seele in Hamburg.
