SkyDancer is a small-batch, boutique specialty coffee roaster based in Lochboisdale, in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. They roast by instinct—using sight, sound, smell, then taste—treating each batch as a living thing rather than a production line. Their 'coffee with a conscience' philosophy means reusing and repurposing packaging wherever possible, with a percentage of proceeds going to environmental and social causes including the Uist Foodbank, RSPB, and Shelter Scotland.
