Sugar Dust is an anaerobic washed Geisha from Wilder Lasso's farm La Dinastía in San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1900 MASL. Tasting notes include white honey, lavender, lilac, and a Froot Loops cereal sweetness. The coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation for 120 hours in sealed tanks, followed by washing and 12 days of drying in marquesinas. Roasted extra-light.
