Summary
A coffee from the Hachi Coffee Project in Colombia, produced by Diego Bermudez at Villa Esperanza farm in El Tambo, Cauca. The Pink Bourbon variety undergoes Advanced Symbiotic Processing where Geisha variety is fermented and used as a concentrated aromatic bio medium to infuse the Pink Bourbon seeds. Tasting notes include pink Starburst, pink cotton candy, lemonade, jasmine florals, blood orange, watermelon candy, and raw sugar with a silky body and long sweet finish. Grown at 1650-1750 MASL. Light roast.
