Summary
This washed Ethiopian coffee from producer Habtamu Fikadu is grown in the Sidama region at 2000 MASL. The coffee is composed of varieties 74110 and 74112, sourced from approximately 117 smallholders in the Chelbesa highlands. Processed with a submerged fermentation of 48-72 hours followed by a second 12-hour fermentation after washing, then dried for 10-12 days on raised beds. The cup offers juicy stone fruit and peach flavours with delicate floral notes of jasmine and lavender, a light body and sparkling citric acidity.
