Summary

A washed Sudan Rume coffee from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia, produced by Alex Bermudez at 1930 MASL. The coffee undergoes a double fermentation process: 24 hours in cherry fermentation tanks followed by 48 hours in tanks with natural mucilage after depulping, before being traditionally washed and dried. The cup profile features bergamot, lemon tea, raw sugar, and honey with a silky body and sweet finish. Light roast.
