Ethiopian coffee from the Bare region of Sidama, produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene of Elto. Grown at 2200-2300 MASL, this is a Jarc 74158 variety that undergoes a washed process: cherry is picked, sorted, floated, pulped, washed, and dried on traditional raised beds. Light roasted, offering a complex and juicy cup with notes of tangerine, lime, stone fruits, and soft white florals, with a light body and clean finish.
