This coffee comes from Hugo Pareja and Flor Lopez's Bella Vista farm in Inkawasi, Cusco, Peru, at 2205 m. It is the rare SL9 (Inca Geisha) variety, washed using a 9-hour fermentation and dried on pallets for 8 days. The cup is elegant and floral with white flower aromatics, bergamot, apricot, yellow plum and a delicate tea-like texture, with clean citrus, yellow fruit, soft florals and honey-like sweetness.
