It features the Chiroso variety, a natural mutation first discovered in Urrao, Antioquia, known for its cold tolerance and high cup quality. Processed using the Natural EF2 method, a multi-stage fermentation with aerobic and anaerobic stages. Flavour profile includes juicy black cherry, grilled pineapple, grapefruit, and smooth vanilla, with balanced sweetness, acidity, and body.
