Pink Lady

Summary

Pink Lady is a washed Colombian coffee from smallholder producers in the Nariño region, specifically Sandoná and Chachauy, grown at 1,500-2,300 meters above sea level. The beans are Caturra and Castillo varieties. After a 24-hour mucilage fermentation, the coffee is washed and dried in shared solar dryers, followed by an extended stabilization period before milling. Flavour profile includes buttery toffee, crisp red apple, smooth milk chocolate, warm caramel, and cocoa.
