Loverboy is a Colombian coffee from producer Jairo Arcila's farm Santa Mónica in Quindío, Colombia. The Castillo variety undergoes a honey process with a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation enhanced with wine yeast and passion fruit pulp, then dried on raised beds. The coffee offers tasting notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, dark chocolate, and dried figs, with aromas of cocoa powder and citrus peel.
