Jardines Del Eden Natural Maragesha is a bold and expressive coffee from Colombia's Cauca region, produced by the Jardines Del Eden farm. This coffee is processed using the natural method, where ripe cherries are carefully selected and dried whole, enhancing fruit intensity and floral complexity. It features tasting notes of pomelo, chocolate, pomegranate, and violets with a full, creamy body and medium-high acidity. Maragesha is a hybrid of Maragogipe and Geisha, grown at 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
