Summary
Jam Jar is an Ethiopian coffee from the Banko Chelchele Village in the Gedeo Zone, Yirgacheffe region. Grown at 1900-2300 MASL, it features Heirloom varieties and is processed using the Natural method. The coffee offers flavours of ripe blackberry jam, vibrant pomegranate, and smooth chocolate caramels, with notes of dark berries, cocoa, and dried fruit sweetness. It has a full body with high sweetness and acidity, and is produced by smallholder farmers in the Gedeb woreda using traditional sun-drying on raised beds.
