Summary
Triple Impact is a single origin 100% Arabica coffee sourced seasonally from either Honduras (Copan region) or Peru (San Ignacio region). It is Fairtrade and Organic certified, and supports Project Waterfall. The coffee is washed processed, grown at altitudes of 1100-1900 masl (Honduras) or 1200-1800 masl (Peru). Honduran varieties include Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Lempira, IHCAFE 90, Parainema, Obata. Roasted to a medium-dark level, it offers notes of milk chocolate, stone fruit, hazelnut and berry. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. SCA score of 83.
