Sumatra Bourbon is Reads Coffee's flagship espresso blend, combining beans from Central America, South America, and Indonesia. It is processed using Giling Basah, Natural, and Washed methods and grown at 1000-2100 MASL. The medium dark roast produces a full-bodied, smooth, and chocolatey espresso that cuts through milk in cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites. Flavour notes include chocolate, rich, and smooth. It is a versatile blend suitable for espresso machines, mokapots, Aeropress, and cafetière.
