Processed using the traditional honey method, this Catuai variety coffee offers tasting notes of stone fruit, apple, and nectarine. Proud Mary has been working with Fernandez since 2012, and this lot showcases his advancement from washed processing to experimentation with honey processing, resulting in a juicy and vibrant cup with elegant fruit notes.
