Summary

This coffee is produced by the Vides family from several of their farms in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Varieties grown are Bourbon and Caturra, processed using the washed method. The Vides family, led by patriarch Jorge Vides, has been producing coffee since 1958 and transitioned to specialty coffee in 2001. Their coffee won 2nd place in the Guatemalan Cup of Excellence in 2002. Tasting notes include brown sugar, caramel, and stone fruit. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
