El Paraiso
Summary
A washed coffee from Guatemala's El Paraiso farm, produced by Urisar Fernaldy. Grown from Bourbon and Caturra varieties, this coffee offers tasting notes of peach, apricot, and black tea. Urisar took over the family farm in 2010 and has since introduced innovative techniques, specialized fermentations, and meticulous drying processes. He has partnered with San Miguel Coffees since 2019 and aims to create a sustainable coffee industry by sharing knowledge with neighboring producers. Suitable for both espresso (1:2.5 ratio) and filter (1:16 ratio) brewing.
