Summary

A washed process single origin coffee from Gaia Estate in Tanzania's Karatu District, located along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Grown at 1650-1800masl, this coffee features SL-28, Ruiru-11, Bourbon, Batian, and Kent varieties. The washed process uses citric acid during fermentation for 36-54 hours. Tasting notes include dark chocolate and walnut sweetness with a concord grape, fruit-forward finish. Rainforest Alliance Certified. Produced by the Vohora family, multi-generation coffee growers with over 60 years in the coffee business.
