A single origin coffee from Haiti's Central Department, produced by the UCOCAB cooperative. Grown at 1300-1700 MASL, this washed process coffee features Typica, Monde Novo, Caturra, Catimore, and Blue Mountain varieties. The cup offers a delicate sweetness reminiscent of marshmallow, followed by rich cocoa powder and a subtle dried apricot tartness. The finish is clean and satisfying with lingering cocoa and apricot notes.
