Single-origin coffee from Biolley, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, produced by Coffea Diversa. Queen Geisha variety, honey processed and light roasted for filter brewing. The cup is bright, smooth and light-bodied, with tasting notes of marmalade, java plum, orange blossom, caramel and black raisin, complemented by jasmine blossom, berries, mint, pink peppercorn, baking chocolate and hazelnut. Grown near La Amistad International Park at 2000m, this microlot received a cup score of 93.
