Summary

A blend of two lots from Peru, both from the Cusco region but processed by different farmers. Julio Chavez's lot is a Geisha from San Sebastian farm, washed at 2400 meters. Hugo Pareja's lot is an 'Inca Geisha' from Bella Vista farm, washed at 2205 meters, a natural mutation of Geisha. The cup is complex, elegant, and delicate with notes of yellow fruit like peach and apricot, floral notes, medium body, and juicy acidity.
