A single origin Geisha coffee from Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, produced by Márcia Mayumi Tomizawa at Fazenda São Bento. Processed using Natural Aerobic Fermentation. Light roasted and best suited for filter brewing. Flavour notes include red berries, pistachio and honey, with a silky body and gentle sweetness. Márcia, a third-generation Japanese-Brazilian coffee producer with a background in Agronomy and Agricultural Microbiology, has won recognition in quality competitions including 1st place in the Cerrado Mineiro category at the 2024 Minas Gerais Coffee Quality Competition.
