Light roasted and best suited for filter brewing. Flavour notes include red berries, pistachio and honey, with a silky body and gentle sweetness. Márcia, a third-generation Japanese-Brazilian coffee producer with a background in Agronomy and Agricultural Microbiology, has won recognition in quality competitions including 1st place in the Cerrado Mineiro category at the 2024 Minas Gerais Coffee Quality Competition.
