Poker Face Blend is a bold coffee blend from Paradox Coffee Roasters. It combines coffees from Uganda (washed and natural processed), Brazil (natural processed), Papua New Guinea (washed), and Indonesia Mandheling (triple picked). The roast profile delivers tasting notes of dark chocolate fudge, burnt sugar, and fig, with a robust body, big flavours, and a golden crema. Designed for espresso brewing (23g in, 40g out, 26-30 seconds at 94°C). A portion of each sale is donated to The Salvation Army.
