Vietnam Langbiang coffee from producers Tâm and Pat (Lieng Hót K'tâm and Cil Sommy Pat) in the Langbiang region of Dalat, Vietnam. Grown at 1600m on Langbiang Mountain. The coffee is harvested when cherries reach a brix level of 23+, then fermented under water for 24 hours and washed. Dried on raised screens over 12-20 days. Flavor profile includes dark chocolate, golden raisin, hazelnut, caramel, orange blossom, honey, tropical fruit, kiwi, apricot, chardonnay, and Honeycrisp apple with a round, silky body and savory-sweet acidity.
