A single-origin coffee from Vuong Farm in Lam Dong province, Vietnam, operated by brothers Trung and Hieu at 1360-1520 masl. This coffee is of the Java variety (confirmed by genetic testing), processed using the Champagne Natural method pioneered by the roaster: coffee cherries are rinsed, floated, submerged in water and fermented with selected wine yeast strains. Tasting notes include rose, tangerine, cherry, rose apple, berries, jackfruit, and milk chocolate, with a citric acidity and delicate floral perfume.
