Summary

A single-origin Robusta coffee from the village of Thung Chang in Nan province, Thailand. Processed using a semi-washed method (fermented overnight, halfway between washed and honey process). Produced by small farms with cherries purchased and processed by Kaleb Jordan of Gem Forest Coffees. Flavour profile includes notes of cranberry, walnuts, red currant, lime, and a velvety milk chocolate body. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
