A specialty Robusta coffee from Southern Thailand, produced by the White Elephant Temple in Prachuab Khiri Khan under the guidance of monk Luang Por Swai. The coffee undergoes a meticulous black honey process where only fully ripe cherries are selected, pulped with minimal water to preserve mucilage, and dried on raised beds. The flavour profile features pistachio, oatmeal, and brown sugar with a heavy body and low acidity.
