Summary

A single-origin coffee from Thailand's Pink Valley (Huay Chompu), west of Chiang Rai, produced by the Merlaeku family. Grown shade beneath cherry blossom trees, the coffee includes heirloom varieties given by the late king and hybrid varieties such as Chiang Mai 80. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, the coffee offers aromas of strawberry, lychee and rose, with flavours of milk chocolate, caramel and pineapple, and a creamy mouthfeel. A light roast suitable for pairing with desserts.
