A single-origin coffee from the Nan province of Thailand, sourced from the Gem Forest coffee mill. This Arabica coffee is the Catimor variety, grown at 1300m elevation on Doi Phukhaa. Processed using the Red Honey method: cherries are floated, rested in mesh sacks, dry pulped, and dried on shaded raised beds. Flavour notes include lemongrass and toffee in the aroma, with plum, hazelnut, and chocolate flavors in a plush rounded cup.
