This lot underwent anaerobic natural processing, with coffee cherries fermented for nine days in sealed HDPE bags before being dried on raised screens. Varieties include Catuai, Typica, SL-28, and Caturra. Flavor profile features ripe berries, cacao nibs, flowers, milk chocolate, jackfruit, and orange with a creamy mouthfeel.
