A Direct Trade nano-lot from Thailand, this honey processed Typica coffee is grown by farmers Nui and Oi in the mountainous Huay Chompu (Pink Valley) area west of Chiang Rai. The coffee is shade-grown beneath cherry blossom trees on old heirloom Typica trees. It offers a flavour profile of grapefruit, cherry, and guava with a caramel sweetness, delivering an elegant and creamy cup with citrus and tropical fruit notes.
