Single Origin Thailand Doi Pangkhon
Summary
A single origin coffee from the Doi Pangkhon region of Thailand, a former opium-producing area in the Golden Triangle that has transitioned to coffee cultivation. The coffee is grown at good altitude with ideal conditions, featuring Bourbon, Typica, Caturra and Catimor varieties. Processed using a washed method with natural spring water via a modified Kenya-style process and dried on bamboo beds. Tasting notes include almond liqueur, raisin, leather, spice, butter and apple, with a full body and balanced profile with soft fruit tones.
