A limited Geisha coffee from Elida Estate in Boquete, Panama, grown by the Lamastus family at 1,920-1,960 meters elevation in Barú Volcano National Park. This Dark Room Dried Natural process coffee was inspired by the 2024 Best of Panama winning lot, with only 10 kg produced. Flavor profile includes bergamot, jasmine, chamomile, and papaya with a luminous champagne-like acidity and silken mouthfeel. Light roast recommended for pour-over brewing.
