It is honey processed and light roasted, offering flavours of sweet black plum, lime zest, cacao, and stevia with a velvety body and bright gentle acidity. Coffea eugenioides is one of the two parent species of Arabica, known for natural sweetness and low bitterness. This is a very limited release with only 4 kg worldwide.
