A rare coffee from Costa Rica's Biolley region, produced by Coffea Diversa (Gonzalo Hernandez's private coffee garden). This honey-processed coffee features Kaffa Jimma and Ghimbi varieties, wild Ethiopian heirloom cultivars grown at 1250-1300 meters elevation. The cup is complex with notes of honey, jasmine, kaffir lime, and caramel-like sweetness, with lively acidity and citrus character reminiscent of Ethiopian coffees.
