De Tommaso Blend is a 100% Arabica blend inspired by the historic Caffè Tommaseo in Trieste, Italy. This Great Taste award-winning coffee (2-star in 2024 and 2025, 1-star in 2021) offers a medium roast with balanced acidity, excellent body, and elegant finish. The cupping profile features notes of berries and marzipan, with tasting notes including strawberry jam, fudge, cacao, malt, plum, fruit cake, caramel, walnut, citrus, and red berry. It has a clean mouthfeel with fruity, sweet characteristics and works well both as espresso and with milk.
