Summary
Single origin coffee from Peru, Cajamarca region (Huabal and Callayuc, Jaén – Cutervo), grown at 1700-1960m. A selection from multiple small producers in the San Ramón, La Cascarilla and Sector El Campo communities. Varieties: Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Catuai. Processed with a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying on African beds for approximately 18 days. Medium roast developed for espresso. Flavour profile: hibiscus, citrus and honey with medium body, silky texture, medium acidity and high sweetness. Q Grading score of 86.5 points.
