A selection from multiple small producers in the San Ramón, La Cascarilla and Sector El Campo communities. Varieties: Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Catuai. Processed with a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying on African beds for approximately 18 days. Medium roast developed for espresso.
