A nitrogen washed Geisha instant coffee from Iris Estate in Volcán, Panama. Produced by Jamison Savage and Sasa Sestic at 1,900-2,200m elevation on the slopes of Volcán Barú. The coffee undergoes a nitrogen-controlled washed fermentation where cherries are hand-picked, fermented in oxygen-free tanks, then pulped, washed, and slow-dried on raised beds. Flavour profile includes jasmine, peach, and tangerine with a juicy, sweet, and complex character.
