Iris Estate Afterglow from Panama's Volcán region, produced by Jamison Savage, Sasa Sestic and Elvin Siew. This Geisha variety is processed using Natural method, delivering tasting notes of orange, strawberry and peach, with sweet caramel and fragrant floral jasmine notes. Grown at 1900-2200 metres above sea level, the coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and dried on African beds for up to 30 days, followed by a 90-day rest period to enhance sweetness and complexity.
