A Latin American espresso blend combining coffees from Costa Rica (Tarrazu region, 1200-1700m altitude), Colombia (Nari department), and Indian Cherry Robusta for crema. The washed-process coffees are roasted to a full medium roast, delivering a fruity taste with a spicy note. Designed for espresso with a mid-20 second extraction, producing 30ml of coffee. Works well in cappuccino and latte.
