A washed coffee from northern Peru produced by the Tocto-Bermeo family of Finca Churupampa in collaboration with 28 neighbouring farming families in the Chirinos and Pacha/Chota regions of Cajamarca. Grown at 1800-2000 masl, featuring Caturra, Patches and Typica varieties. Expect sweet and balanced flavours of rooibos tea, red plum and brown sugar, with a silky body and a finish of milk chocolate and praline. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
