This lot is a blend of 37 individual microlots from smallholder farmers in the municipality of San Mateo Yoloxochitlan, in the Sierra Mazateca mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico, at altitudes between 1680 and 1850 MASL. The coffee is Arabica, with varieties Typica, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon, and is washed processed. It is roasted light and recommended for both filter and modern espresso. The region is known for its complex, high-quality coffees, and this lot is sourced by Red Beetle Coffee Lab and Raw Material.
