This natural processed coffee features the Yellow Catuaí variety grown at 1150 meters elevation. The cup profile offers notes of dark chocolate, apricots, and ripe fruit with a full body and medium acidity. It is lightly roasted by Nordbeans and recommended for espresso preparation.
