Miroroma Aa
Summary
A single-origin coffee from the Muranga region of Kenya, grown at 1800-1900 meters on the slopes of the Aberdare Mountains. Produced by smallholder farmers supplying the Miroroma Factory, part of the Kanyenya-ini Farmers Cooperative Society. The coffee is made from SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian varieties, wet-processed (washed) to create a clean cup with medium body and higher acidity. Flavour notes include honey, cherry and blackberry, with a sweet and fruity profile. Light roasted, intended for filter preparation.
