Swiss Water Decaf Sumatra is a decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia. Grown at 1400m altitude and processed using the washed method, then decaffeinated via the Swiss Water process (100% chemical-free, removing 99.9% of caffeine while preserving flavour). It features a medium roast with a rich, full-bodied profile and low acidity. Tasting notes include earthy, spicy and herbal notes, balanced by a subtle fruity finish with hints of plum and caramel. Available as whole beans or ground and freshly roasted in Aberdeen.
