Summary

Old Brown Java is a distinctive aged coffee from Java, Indonesia. Grown at around 1200m altitude and fully washed, the beans are naturally aged for two years in a warehouse, developing deeper flavour and sweetness with reduced acidity. Roasted to a medium level, it offers a rich cup with notes of bitter chocolate, earthy, tobacco, syrup, and subtle spice, with a smooth syrupy body and lingering finish. Available as whole beans or ground.
