OK Ciao is a classic Italian-style espresso blend from Lykke Kaffegårdar. The blend consists of 30% Robusta from Lykke's projects in Uganda and 70% Arabica from Brazil and Peru. Current composition includes Brazil Sul de Minas (Catucaí, Natural), Peru Agua de Nieve (Caturra and Typica, Fully Washed), and Uganda Rwenzori Mountain (Robusta, Natural). It offers a full-bodied, nutty, dark and intense flavour profile with notes of pipe tobacco, plum, and peanut butter. Roasted for espresso with intensity level 5 out of 5.
