Uganda Sironko Natural
Summary
This single origin coffee comes from the slopes of Mount Elgon in the Sironko region of Uganda, produced by The Coffee Yard. The cherries are hand-picked when fully ripe and dried slowly on raised beds, using a natural process that keeps the fruit on the bean, enhancing sweetness. In the cup it reveals dark fruit, mango, delicate wine sweetness, and warm cocoa undertones. With a full-flavoured, aromatic and slightly full-bodied character, it suits both filter and espresso. Varieties: Nyasaland SL14 and SL28.
