La Bandera Red Honey Gesha
Summary
A single-origin Gesha from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, produced by Diego Hidalgo at La Bandera micromill. Processed using the Red Honey method, where significant mucilage remains on the parchment during drying, amplifying fruit notes and creating a juicy body. Flavour profile includes hibiscus, guava, vanilla bean, with aromas of vanilla bean, peach cobbler, raspberry, and bubble gum. Red grape sweetness, clove, dark chocolate, and grilled lemon notes appear in the finish. Light-medium roast, available whole bean.
